In these millennials, the younger generation were obsessed with work. Seeing the younger generation is seeing the future, but when we look at the future we oftern pretend not to see what’s ahead of us. As a young generation, we need to consider our serious choices, what our purpose is and what we are striving for. When we can think clearly, we will not be bound, nor have regrets.

But the main point is about “Hustle Culture”. What is hustle culture? Hustle Culture is a lifestyle where a person must be busy, work wherever he is, wherever it is a weekend, holidays are essentially unending. Because, by working hard he feels statisfed in order to succeed quickly. I was so hustle this person until he had no time to do other things outside of work. Most people assume that increasing work productivity or arguably “busy” is a matter of pride.

Finding a job is like finding a partner. When we find true love, we live it happily. But when it works for things we don’t like, a minute feels like a year.

According to myself, hustle custle forces us to multitaskting. Most of the work can worsen physical and mental health. Employees who mostly work it is an exploitation of the company because employees are required to give as much time and energy as possible for the progress of the company. In fact, this does not guarantee success and prosperity. Often the rich are even the bosses who only have a short time for work. Hustle custle is the fruit of modern capitalism. Where human beings value individual genes more, all because of money, because the government cannot meet the needs. Such as health insurance, cheap education. So this makes people continue to hustling until finally this has become a lifestyle. In fact, in reality there are many people out there who work desperately even with the ability, not to change the world, just out of poverty they cannot. Hustle culture makes human values ​​as if only measured by financial means. Not to mention, because it's so busy that we can forget what things are around us. For example, gathering with friends, eating with family, etc. Yes let alone for that matter. We just have a little time to sleep. “Being busy is not being productive”.
